Description
Achromasy or light yellow supernatant liquid
Pharmacologic action
antibacterial. This product is the most powerful antibacterial among the sulphonamides, it has a better therapeutic effect on the diseases caused by Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria, such as streptococcus, salmonella, pneumococcus, E coli, Bacillus dysenteriae and so on. The drug resistance of bacterium to it generates slowly. The acetylation probability of this product is low, as well the solubility of acetylate is high, which dose not cause crystalluria.
Indications
As a sulfonamides, it is effective on the treatment of infection of respiratory tract, alimentary tract and urinary tract, coccidiosis, swine toxoplasmosis etc. Regional perfusion can cure mammitis and endometritis.
(1) Swine hyperpyrexia diseases, such as eperythrozoonosis, toxoplasmosis, streptococcicosis
(2)Severe po***artum hyperpyrexia in female livestock
(3)Severe enteritis.
dosage
Intramuscular or intravenous injection, 50mg /1kg body weight for livestock(calculated by active component), once or twice a day for 2-3 days. 0.5ml /3kg body weight for livestock(calculated by this product), once or twice a day for 2-3 days.
